Join the Freeze – Rescheduled Combine 2/12
Fresno Freeze will be holding their first combine to start putting together the 2022 team that will compete for the PAC North Championship in the WPSL. Coming off a solid 2021 season, after a 2 -year hiatus, Freeze are expected to return to the top of the table in 2022.
Your opportunity to be part of this iconic group begins on 2/12 at Clovis East High School, where all elite female players who are High School aged and above are invited to tryout. The tryout will begin at 10 am and will consist of 2, 2-hour sessions (10-12noon and 2-4pm).

Fresno Freeze Signs With Capelli
Capelli Sport Becomes Official apparel and Merchandise provider for Fresno Freeze.
Capelli Sport is excited to announce a new partnership with California based WPSL club, Fresno Freeze. As per the agreement, Capelli Sport will become the official and exclusive apparel and equipment provider for the clubs 2021 season.
Founded in 2014, The Fresno Freeze have an impressive history with the team’s sights currently set on repeating their 2019 PAC North Conference championship. The team is focused on identifying and providing opportunities to talented athletes in women’s soccer.
Fresno Freeze Executive Director, Kevin Botterill said:
“We are really excited to reach this agreement with Capelli. Our team plays some of the most attractive soccer in the WPSL, and in these Capelli uniforms our players will look the best also.”

NEW PLAYER AMARI BAILEY SIGNS WITH FREEZE!
Coach Tim Carroll: Amari is our second high school player to sign this year. She is a player I have known and watched her entire life. She has been in the development pool with Freeze for the last four years and we are extremely excited to have her on the roster this year. Amari and her family have been dedicated to her development and it has been a privilege to watch her grow into the player she is now, and the player she will continue to develop into. Amari is an extremely humble and respectful young woman who I know will accomplish her goals. She has grown into one of the most explosive attacking players in the central valley and we are thrilled she is wearing our colors!!!
KOLEEN LUCIO SIGNS WITH FRESNO FREEZE!
Coach Tim Carroll: Koleen happened to be the first person I recruited this year seeing her mere moments after finding out the league will resume in 2021, following the COVID-19 shutdown of 2020.
Ko brings tremendous leadership and experience to the squad having played four years at Fresno State in the early 2000’s as well as winning a WPSL National Championship with California Storm around the same time.
Despite her smaller than large stature, Ko plays fearlessly in the midfield both when they and when we have the ball. Ko is one of my favorite players I have ever watched and coached because she always finds a way to do something in a match or training that not only pumps me up but also makes me smile and chuckle with pride she is on our side. I am so excited to have Ko wearing the Freeze color in 2021!!!

KYLIE LUCERO SIGNS WITH FREEZE!
Kylie began playing
Kylie began playing for Freeze as a high school senior in 2018, helping the team to a Pac North Conference Championship and first-ever post-season victory in franchise history.
Coach Tim Carroll: Kylie brings great pace and energy to the team. She not only has the ability to be an aggressive attacking player- she also has the ability to be a shut-down defender. Kylie made a tremendous impact on the team the last time we took the pitch in the WPSL competition and the expectation is she will be even better in 2021.
